Stephanie is a self -proclaimed life side-stepper who found yoga while attending a Modern dance class. The yoga sequence gave way to a greater curiosity of integrating body, breath and mind, which has continued for more than 15 years. Finding yoga to be a calming, grounding influence in her life, she became a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Bloom Yoga Studio. Stephanie encourages the exploration between the mind and body, enjoying the present and losing your balance from time to time. When she’s not on her yoga mat, you’ll find Stephanie planning events, creating art or dancing it out.
