Introduction
Katy is a personal trainer and run coach helping people find the best form of movement for their bodies. She believes that health comes in every size and an integrated approach to training will help keep both mind and body engaged, as well as prevent injury. Katy specializes in strength training for runners, training beginner lifters, and helping those in eating disorder recovery find healthy ways to add movement to their lives. She has experience creating a holistic approach to reach goals for people of all ages and backgrounds. Katy loves to challenge clients to reach new heights, while always encouraging them to listen to their bodies and have fun!
