Lynn Kahla

Lynn Kahla_tnLynn grew up a competitive swimmer, and has always thrived in the arena of physical fitness.  She left the corporate world to dedicate herself to inspiring and coaching others to achieve their goals of fitness and good health.  Lynn appreciates the energy of the group fitness setting, and you will find her teaching Studio Cycle, HIIT, Hardcore, and BodyPump.  The mother of two active boys, she understands the challenge of getting to the gym for 60 minutes!  Her exercise motto is, "A lot of a little is better than a lot of nothing"!
