Kayce is a clinical psychologist and movement instructor who developed her love of yoga and pilates during graduate school as a means of destressing and connecting with others. Her approach to teaching is characterized by curiosity, empathy, and humor, and her ultimate goal in teaching is to help her students cultivate compassionate relationships with their bodies. She believes in group fitness that helps people move with less pain and more joy in daily life. As a recent transplant to Chicago, Kayce particularly appreciates the community at CAC and hopes to instill a sense of belonging in all her classes.
