Scott has always been an active person, up for trying new activities. After a couple of marathons, his next challenge was a stint in circus school, focusing on aerial acrobatics. Although fun, running off to join the circus was not an option. Sidelined with sport injuries, he looked for activities to push his body in the same physical ways. Scott began practicing Bikram Yoga here and there, not consistently. Then Scott tried yoga sculpt. He loved the combination of power vinyasa yoga, a core workout, and strength training. To Scott, it was the ultimate workout. Wanting to share the love, Scott completed Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training in the spring of 2011.
