Scott has always been an active person, completing marathons, triathlons, and even circus school. Scott began practicing Bikram Yoga here and there, not consistently. Then Scott tried yoga sculpt. He loved the combination of power vinyasa yoga, a core workout, and strength training. To Scott, it was the ultimate workout. Wanting to share the love, Scott completed Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training in the spring of 2011. In addition to yoga sculpt, Scott teaches hot yoga and is a certified Spin instructor.
