Despite my lack of athletic ability growing up (I was a C student in Phys Ed. class), fitness has played various roles throughout my adult life. I’ve been the young adult who loved lifting heavy for maximizing gains, and I’ve been the individual who took to endurance training and achieved goals I never thought were possible. Likewise, I have learned first-hand and witnessed in others the benefits of a balanced exercise routine in maintaining and improving both physical and mental health.
I wholeheartedly believe in the transformational power of exercise and how it can positively affect your life. My goal when working with you is to help you experience that power as you achieve your fitness goals.
