Our Chicago gym network strives to provide an exceptional fitness experience by making a wide variety of group fitness classes available to our valued members. Our fitness class offerings include cycling (spin) classes, dance and Zumba fitness, yoga, boxing, Pilates, cardio, strength training, and so much more! The experienced CAC instructors will motivate you through your workout and help you reach your fitness goals.
