Ken is a Certified Yoga Instructor and yoga enthusiast. He believes, and knows from experience, that the practice of yoga can transform your life over time. Ken teaches yoga as a system of philosophy and science designed to reach your highest human potential with a peaceful and loving mind. He has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 33 years and has taught both practices for over 20 years. He teaches each class using the breath as a guide to connect one pose to the next and by honoring the queues your body gives you. Each class he teaches includes a warmup, works all muscle groups, balances them using symmetric and asymmetric poses, and moves the spine in all four directions. The goal of each class is to be present for the experience and to have a relationship to the present moment.
