Mindy is an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor who began teaching cardio fitness at the University of Texas, Austin when she was just 18. Years later she fell in love with yoga & became a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor. She proceeded to add Barre, and most recently, Cycling certifications to her repertoire. Mindy loves the diversity, strength & energy of CAC members & after 30+ years of teaching still looks forward to every single class!
