I didn’t set foot in a gym until I was well into adulthood - and frankly, I never thought I would. After nearly a decade of strength training, everything has changed: my confidence, my mood…and how much of my discretionary income is spent on protein powder.
I know firsthand how intimidating it can feel to get started, so I strive to make fitness an approachable, attainable, and enjoyable addition to your life’s ecosystem. Whether you’re trying to feel better in your body, optimize your preexisting fitness routine, or are just hoping not to feel like a deer in headlights around gym equipment, I’m here to help you become more empowered and confident in the ways that are meaningful to you.
When I’m not training, I’m probably learning new cooking techniques, studying music composition for synthesizers, or watching a film at the Music Box.
