Inspired by her personal connection to the natural world as a climate scientist, Gabby (200 RYT) strives to create sequences that bring the balance of nature to people's inner landscape. Her classes infuse meditation, vinyasa, and hatha yoga to achieve a moving meditation that restores, energizes and revitalizes. She aims to make her classes accessible for all levels, providing opportunities to play, breathe, and liberate through movement. Gabby's classes allow you to find wonder in yourself as you would from your favorite landscape.
