Jennifer is passionate about health and exercise. Even though she was physically active during her childhood and teen years she struggled with weight issues. While in college she decided to take control of her health, and consequently her weight, through making better choices and participating in group fitness activities. With help, encouragement, and determination she has been able to maintain her health and fitness goals for over 20 years.
She joined CAC in early 2012 and with the support and inspiration of instructors and members, got her Mad Dogg Athletics certification to teach Spinning®. She is also a Les Mills instructor certified in BODYPUMP®. Jennifer encourages her classes with fun music, challenging workouts, and lots of energy for all fitness levels. Outside of the gym you will find Jennifer traveling internationally and scuba diving.
