Jennifer is passionate about health and fitness. She joined CAC in early 2012 and with the support and inspiration of instructors and members, completed her Mad Dogg certification to teach Studio Cycle. She is also a Les Mills instructor certified in BODYPUMP, CXWORX, and SPRINT. Additionally she has her Primary Group Exercise certification from the Athletic and Fitness Association of America. She encourages her classes with fun music, challenging workouts, and lots of energy for all fitness levels. Jennifer is excited to bring both her management background and passion for fitness together in her role as the Group Fitness Manager at Evanston Athletic Club and Lincoln Square Athletic Club. Outside of the gym you will find Jennifer travelling internationally and scuba diving.
