Learn MoreJason Brickman has been practicing yoga for seven years, and is a 200 hour E-RYT under the tutelage of master teacher Linda Lehovec. Specializing in an alignment-based version of Hatha yoga, with a keen appreciation for sweat and vigor, Brickman's classes are safe, accessible, and stealthily challenging. Through the use of props, hands-on instruction and teaching demonstrations, Brickman tries to safely guide each student to the extreme of their physical capabilities. That way everyone can share in the benefits of yoga: length and strength, a mobile spine, and a relaxed mind.
