Michael Bokor has been teaching group fitness classes since 1998. His interest in exercise began in his early 20s when he decided to make a change to become healthier by joining a local health club. Becoming healthier changed the way he felt about himself, and he has been passionate about fitness ever since. Michael describes his teaching style as energetic and enthusiastic. He focuses on the fundamentals of being successful and safe in his classes. Michael tries to get to know everyone in his classes and works to help them achieve their personal goals. He loves Les Mills programs and is certified in Body Pump, CX WORX and RPM (indoor cycle). He is also a Star 3 certified Johnny G Spin instructor.
