Learn MoreElissa started practicing yoga at home back in 2020 when gyms and studios were shut down. With not much else to do during this time (stuck inside), she began to practice every day and then never looked back. Elissa practices yoga herself to escape the day-to-day business, to clear her mind, and focus solely on mind - body - breath connection. She teaches to make sure others can experience the same. Also, feel free to give her some song suggestions that you may want to hear during her next class...creating a solid playlist that others can enjoy is always her goal. Outside of yoga, Elissa enjoys hiking trips, paddle boarding with her dog, and reading thrillers.
