Erika has been hooked on group fitness ever since she took her first step aerobics class with her mom at the age of 16. She loves the energy and excitement of group fitness classes but her absolute favorite part is connecting with members and guiding them to be the very best versions of themselves. Erika has been a group fitness instructor since 2010. She is certified in AFAA Group Fitness, Turbokick, Les Mills BODY PUMP, BODY ATTACK, and GRIT. Aside from CAC, she teaches Kindergarten and spends her leisure time traveling, running, and trying out new restaurants around the city.
