Fitness has been a life-long journey for Carol. After years of attending group fitness classes she took the leap and became a certified Yoga Sculpt instructor. Carol's love of group fitness has always been with her. From Barre, Bodypump, Row360 and Step classes to Tread & Shred, Turbo-Kick, Zumba and more -- she enjoys the challenge of each workout. What she loves about Yoga Sculpt is the combination of vinyasa yoga, strength training and cardio. With a focus on connecting breath with movement and safe alignment with hand weights, she'll lead you through a fun flow with a great playlist. A busy Chicago mom of two, Carol knows the importance of self-care and taking the time to do things that improve physical and mental health. She wants others in her class to reset, reconnect and re-energize.
