Enthusiasm and dedication led Michael to be recruited from a CAC member to AFAA certified instructor. He now leads dynamic Group Fitness Classes such as Total Body Training, Studio Strength, HardCore and Body Blast. Incorporating resistance training, cardio intervals, strength, endurance challenges, team drills, great music & fun; Michael's classes are designed for all levels of fitness experience. He is grateful for his hardworking members, and the opportunity to promote health and wellness among the CAC family of clubs.
