I believe that fitness should be fun, challenging, and exciting. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am constantly looking for new ways to broaden and enhance the workout experience. I use my own workouts to find ways to challenge the body and achieve results that I can then pass on to my clients. My background in dance allows me to help my clients achieve balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and variety. Every person is an individual with their own strengths, weaknesses and personality. I believe life is about balance and I will help my clients reach their goals with common sense and humor. In my career in Group Fitness I have worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. I especially like working with beginners and women over 30, but welcome clients of all ages and fitness levels. I feel it is never too late to start and that I can meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.
