I’ve been active my entire life; competing in gymnastics and track, intramural sports, all sorts of group exercise and on-again/off-again long distance running. After 20 years in a demanding corporate career and struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I shifted my focus toward health and wellness. A holistic approach to wellness - physical, mental, and social - will provide the foundation for long-term success. My goal is to help you gain the confidence, consistency and knowledge to build your fitness foundation and establish healthy habits through all of life’s stages.
