As a personal trainer, my belief is that a healthy and happy lifestyle can only be achieved by finding a balance that works for you! There’s a great Aristotle quote that says “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” I feel this perfectly identifies the key to success in fitness, as well as any aspect of life. Getting in shape isn’t a magic trick; it’s an active choice to lead a life that constantly betters both your physical and mental states. It’s my mission as your trainer to design a workout program that’s customized to your own specific needs, both inside and outside the gym.
