Amia Porte

Amia Porte HeadshotIntroduction

Fitness is my way of teaching self love, confidence, and inner strength especially for women learning to reconnect with their bodies. My journey as a personal trainer began through my work as a doula, where I witnessed the resilience and power of the female body. That experience inspired me to continue supporting women beyond birth through movement, mindset, and empowerment.

I meet people exactly where they are, knowing that small, consistent steps can lead to big, lasting changes. My approach is all about creating a space that feels supportive, safe, and grounded in growth.

Outside of training, I love being outdoors, practicing martial arts, traveling, and experiencing new things. I bring that same adventurous and open energy into every session, helping my clients feel strong, seen, and truly supported.
