Fitness has always been a big part of my life. Growing up in Nevada, I spent most of my time outside and my parents put me into every sport imaginable from skiing to gymnastics to baseball and competitive diving. In high school I continued the trend by playing varsity soccer as well as dancing. In college, it became very clear to me that exercise and physical activity are the key to keeping myself happy and energized and I wanted to give that gift to other people. I love sharing my passion for fitness with as many people as I can, which is why I initially started as a boxing and kickboxing group fitness instructor. With any client, it is always my goal to help you find the fun in fitness. My favorite kind of workout is one when I forget I’m even doing work! I always like to keep my body on its toes and push it to the limit, so we’ll never do the same exercise twice. Plus, I was the Michigan intramural champion in both Dodgeball and Battleship, so I'm always ready for some good-hearted competition!
