Chicago Massage Therapy in Lakeview and Evanston

Our massage therapists in Chicago provide a safe, relaxing, and judgment-free space for you to enjoy the healing benefits of massage therapy. Open to members and non-members, our experts will make you feel welcomed and comfortable in the privacy of our massage therapy studios. We proudly offer 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute massage therapy sessions. Our Chicago massage therapists are available by appointment only. While we are constantly expanding the available amenities at all of our Chicago gym locations, you can currently find our massage therapist at both our Lakeview location and our Evanston location. Our massage therapists are trained in a variety of techniques, including:

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a combination of acupoints which are compressed by the practitioners thumbs forearms and knees.  Also included in the treatment is gradual and sustained stretch, gentle rocking and rotations of joints.

Craniosacral Therapy

CST is a light touch technique that works with the central nervous system. It relieves tensions deep in the body to relieve pain such as headaches, TMJ,  and emotional trauma. The whole body can relax and self-correct.

Our massage therapists are members of professional massage therapy associations and licensed in the state of Illinois.

Non-members are also welcome to experience massage at no additional charge.

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays–Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Massage therapy appointments can be made at the Customer Service desk.

Pricing for our massage therapy offerings are as follows:

  • 30 minutes - $50
  • 60 minutes - $85
