Introduction
I have been working in the fitness industry for about 15 years. Most of that time has been on the group fitness side of things as I love the energy and fun of a group fitness class. As I have grown in my fitness career, I have loved sharing my knowledge with individuals in conversations before and after class, helping answer questions around their individual fitness journey or how a certain movement should feel. Those conversations inspired me to move towards a role as a personal trainer so that I could help individuals reach their specific fitness goals. Bridging the gap between group fitness and personal training to help create a well-rounded fitness routine is part of my WHY for moving into personal training. I want to create a love of movement in my clients and help them to build a lifestyle of strength and mobility that will encourage longevity and keep movement as a part of their life for years to come. I love the group atmosphere and I love the targeted work of one-on-one training and I am so excited to work in both environments at CAC!
