Laura Brady


Introduction
As a snooze button aficionado, Laura was the last person you would expect to find at a 6am group fitness class. But CAC instructors and members made exercising so much fun that Laura kept coming back and eventually decided to become a group fitness instructor herself. Laura believes that the keys to a good workout are great music and even better company. Her goals are to make class fun and challenging for people of all fitness levels and to help participants strengthen their bodies and minds. When she’s not at the gym, Laura is usually planning her next adventure - in the city or around the world.
