MICHAEL WALVERMy philosophy is that exercise can be enjoyable for everybody. Regardless if you are new or an experienced exerciser I will help tailor a personalized fitness program to help you reach your goals. I strive to make sessions fun and enjoyable while also providing you with much information. I want you to understand not only what to do, but the why as well. I especially enjoy seeing people make the lifestyle changes needed to improve their health and functional abilities for the activities of daily life.
