Marina began practicing yoga more than a decade ago. Having always enjoyed movement and breaking a sweat, yoga offered a refreshing way of relating to the body and of cultivating a strong mind-body-breath connection. More than ten years later, she fully backs the transformative nature of yoga, especially when we take it off the mat!
Marina began teaching yoga after completing her 200 hour RYT. In her classes, you can expect a challenging but encouraging environment with plenty of variations offered, a focus on the breath, and an invitation to go beyond the physical postures (asana) to discover more within.
