Julie is an ACE, TRX and CXWORX certified instructor who has been teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years. She strongly believes in the positive effects exercise has on physical and psychological well-being. Her aim is to create a welcoming and fun experience while helping participants meet their fitness goals. Getting fit is an investment you are making in yourself. Julie would like to help support you on that journey. She is also a clinical psychologist and a mom.
