My main goals as a personal trainer are to make my clients feel comfortable, help them gain confidence, and, most importantly, learn to enjoy working out. The customized programs I design are based on my clients' unique goals, whether it is weight loss, building lean body mass or just getting back into shape. I have a strong educational background and professional experience in the areas of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and physical therapy. I love working with people, and assisting them in developing a great lifestyle change and making exercise a healthy habit.
