Krissy began teaching group fitness during her college years at Northwestern University. As a college cheerleader, she became hooked on lifting weights in the varsity weight room. Teaching allows her to combine her passions for fitness and encouraging others to be their best. She teaches Studio Cycle, HIIT, Les Mills Bodypump, CXWorx, and Grit, among other formats. Krissy is a competitive powerlifter and loves to see people crush personal PRs, whether that means adding weight to the bar, doing pushups on their toes, or stepping into a new class for the first time. When not at the gym, Krissy produces documentary and reality television across the country.
