Kate prides herself in utilizing a variety of training techniques and creating an upbeat training environment. As a former biologist, she prioritizes keeping up with the latest science and research in the fitness industry to better provide for her clients and to personally grow in the field. Having a well-rounded background from past trainers as a competitive dancer, she focuses on the fundamentals of strength training while incorporating mind body connection, flexibility, functional movement and core stability in each session.
