My passion for health and fitness comes from being a lifelong athlete, 4 years of which were at the Division 1 level. I understand the importance of exercise, whether it be to enhance sport specific goals, to function efficiently for daily life activities, or to lead a healthy life. My goal, as a certified personal trainer, is to motivate, and make training enjoyable. There isn’t one exercise program that fits all, so working closely and understanding each individual’s goals, strengths and weaknesses, allows me to create a program that is customized and enjoyable. Ultimately, my focus is on enhancing the well-being of my clients by providing them with the knowledge, skills and support throughout their path to a healthier life.
