Maggie has been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and studied with various teachers such as Dharma Mittra, Gopi Om, Amber Cook and Wade Gotwals. She received her 200 hour teacher training at Nature Yoga in 2017.
Maggie teaches an inviting and safe vinyasa/hatha class. She encourages organic movement, alignment and a lighthearted attitude. She believes a steady yoga practice helps create room for inspiration, transformation and compassion for all beings. In return, she hopes to provide that to others in their own practice.
