Growing up, I always hung around teachers because my parents worked in elementary schools. Teachers are caring and intentional people, and seeing that influenced me to work directly with people. For almost 20 years, I've worked with singers, from beginners to international professionals, to learn how to use their instruments—their bodies—to perform extraordinary feats. Becoming a trainer is a natural extension of that work. I know how important it is to be "in tune" with our whole body, and I understand that it's sometimes hard to figure that out in today's world. I've had some fantastic teachers and trainers myself. Because of them, I know how to motivate, communicate, and work with people at every level of development. My objective with everyone I work with is to help them see their potential—to imagine what they could do—and then help them become that vision. We can do that, too, you and me. I'll stick with you as you level up from where you are now to where you want to go. Wherever that is, it will be a great ride. Let's go!
We can work on anything, but common themes include strength training, functional training (mobility, balance, flexibility), weight loss, and some nutrition advice. If you see me working out, you’ll notice I have a lot of “squirrel energy” bouncing off boxes and chasing down balls; if you want to work on speed, agility, and quickness for any of your athletic activities, I’m happy to ramp up the tempo during our time together. :)
