Devon Healy

Devon first started coaching swimming at age 15 in his local age group summer league in Connecticut, where he coached for 7 years. He was also a volunteer swim coach and ran swim clinics at his local YMCA throughout high school and college. Devon has coached swimmers of all ages and abilities, including beginners, adult triathletes, age group national record holders, and olympic trial qualifiers. Devon was an accomplished swimmer himself. He swam for New Canaan YMCA from age 7 to 18, and swam Varsity for four years at New Canaan High School. As a senior in 2007, he helped lead his high school team to an undefeated regular season and state championship. Devon swam Varsity for four years at Colgate University where he’s the school record holder in the 400 IM. Devon was also a junior national and senior national qualifier, and is the reigning USMS national champion in the 400 IM.
