Jasmin Ghojehvand


Jasmin found a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals after working in the healthcare and research industry. She enjoys writing fitness programs, teaching safe lifting methods and coaching HIIT. She credits Les Mills GRIT as the program that maximizes metabolic conditioning, which in turn overcomes fitness plateaus. 


She enjoys obstacle racing and gets her inspiration from the amazing fellow instructors at CAC.
