Coming from an athletic background as a football player for 11 years and lifting weights since he was eight years old, Kraig has always been a physical and intense individual. After losing 160 pounds in 2009, Kraig earned his 200 hour Yoga Alliance power yoga teaching certificate, closed down his own business and now dedicates his life to helping others with their health and fitness. Kraig also holds certifications in indoor cycling, yoga sculpt, hot yoga, as well as cardio and fitness classes. Kraig’s class will offer a non competitive, non judgemental environment while teaching with a caring and inviting warmth. Sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga and fitness is in relation to the body and mind is Kraig’s passion.
