No exercise program is sustainable unless you enjoy it, no matter who you are. You can focus on intensity, you can focus on strength, you can focus on endurance, you can focus on mobility, but your work in the gym has to allow you to grow and change, and to smile. It has to account for who you are and what you want. So there is no one path to fitness but the one that keeps you committed and coming back. I will work with you to find the balance between minimizing your weaknesses and building on your strengths, between challenging yourself and doing what feels good.
