As someone who was told her whole life “you’re just not athletic,” Carolyn never thought she’d be the type of person to take group fitness classes, let alone teach them. But a constant struggle with weight made her give group fitness a shot. Fast forward 10 years and Carolyn is a die hard fan of group fitness classes who thrives on the supportive, challenging and fun class environment.
Teaching Spinning, bootcamp, HIIT, and strength classes since 2010, Carolyn works hard to develop classes that are always changing and evolving to prevent boredom and predictability. She strives to push class participants past their comfort zone, showing them that they can go above and beyond their current fitness level. Fitness is her passion and it shows in the quality and intensity of her classes
