As someone who was told her whole life "you're just not that athletic," Carolyn never thought she'd be the type of person to take group fitness classes, let alone teach them. The supportive, challenging, and fun class environment turned her into a die hard fan and a passionate advocate for helping others find their inner athlete, no matter what that looks like.
Teaching spinning, bootcamp, HIIT, and strength classes since 2010, Carolyn works hard to develop classes that are always changing and evolving to prevent boredom and predictability. She also strives for a balance of strength, cardio, and flexibility so that members are getting a well-rounded fitness experience that helps them meet and exceed their fitness goals.
