Sharon Cooper

Sharon's group fitness career started in 1991, teaching step and hi-lo classes to supplement her income while in college. Over the years, Sharon's passion for fitness has grown a career to include personal training and clinical massage therapy. She has now taught indoor cycling for 18+ years, and with her expanding knowledge of form and technique, finds that anyone at any fitness level can participate and breed the most exciting results! Known for her energy and musical tastes, and her tradition of never repeating her song lists, you'll find you'll never leave her class without feeling energized and a bit more musically educated. But don't let her boundless energy level fool you! It's truly organic, and she only drinks decaf coffee.
