Introduction
Fitness wasn’t always my thing. I didn’t grow up sporty, and I didn’t spend my free time in the gym. I know what it’s like to start from square one, walk into the gym a little unsure, and wonder if everyone else got the memo on what to do. Through consistency, commitment, and a lot of showing up, I built strength, confidence, and a love for fitness.
Now my goal is to help YOU build the strength and confidence that carry far beyond the gym. Whether you want a strong foundation, improved form, or a sustainable routine, I’ll help you reach your goals safely and effectively, with good energy, plenty of encouragement, and a healthy dose of comedic relief between sets.
Education: B.A. in Communication – Media and Technology, University at Buffalo
