As a human being and as a trainer, Bryant believes deeply in the power of strength training coupled with finding ease in the body. Through these methods, Bryant aims to help find balance and optimization in the instrument. As a former football player, field event athlete, avid biker, and power lifter, Bryant’s approach to training involves strength and power mixed with fluidity and efficiency in the body and its movement. Through this approach, Bryant is dedicated to nurturing fertile ground for growth, strength, and ease in the vessel.
