Walking into a gym for the first time can be one of the more intimidating experiences. Trust me, I know. If you asked me back in high school if I would ever consider becoming a trainer, I would probably have laughed. I fell in love with the gym and fitness four years ago and quickly discovered that the gym wasn’t just about changing how i looked –it changed how I saw myself. I understand what it’s like to start fresh, feel intimidated, and wonder if you belong. My passion for helping others discover strength isn’t reserved for the naturally athletic or experienced. It’s built on one workout, one new skill, and one small victory at a time. We live in a world that constantly tells us to take up less space and to, “shrink!” I want to help you become stronger, more capable, and more confident in what your body can do. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time, returning after a break, improving mobility, or working toward performance goals, I’ll meet you where you are and support you every step of the way. Together we can design a plan that works best for your fitness goals and needs, If I can inspire someone to feel confident, capable, and strong, that is a win for me. My goal isn’t just to help you exercise- it’s to empower you to trust yourself, celebrate your progress, and realize you’re capable of more than you think. So, what are you waiting for? Education: BA Peace, Justice, Conflict Studies. Minor in Women’s Health Studies at DePaul University
