Health, movement, and long-term well-being are at the core of my training philosophy. With a strong foundation in human anatomy, movement science, and injury prevention, supported by five years of medical studies, I design structured, science-based programs that prioritize safety, joint health, and sustainable progress.
My approach focuses on proper technique, controlled progression, and individualized programming to ensure every session is both effective and supportive. I am committed to helping build strength, improve mobility, enhance balance, and move with greater confidence in daily lives.
Education: Completed five years of medical studies with a focus onhuman anatomy, physiology, and movement science.
Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer
