Meg has been teaching water workout in the CAC pools since 2013 and thrives on bringing fitness to our club members using the wonderful properties of water resistance and suspension. Certified through the Aquatics Exercise Association, Meg also has her CPR/AED certification. When not on the pool deck, you'll find Meg taking Pilates, yoga, Zumba, strength training and of course, water workout classes. Outside of fitness, she sings in an a capella group, interviews customers around their experiences with products and services, and enjoys baking and cooking for friends.
