Meg Mattsson has loved the water since her childhood in Sweden when she swam in the Baltic. She has been teaching water workout since 2012 and is AEA certified. A devoted water workout participant since 1995, she loves the resistance and bouyancy that water provides, making it an ideal medium for people coming back from an injury and for overall fitness. Meg’s path to becoming a water workout instructor combines her background in corporate training with her passion for whole person wellness. At the Chicago Athletic Clubs you will find her in the pool doing water workout or taking yoga, Zumba, Pilates and Step classes with her husband Wally.
