Liz began her yoga journey several decades ago when she lived in South America. While in Chile, she had the amazing opportunity to take private hatha classes taught in the middle of a fragrant eucalyptus grove. After practicing different styles of yoga over the years, Liz discovered Baptiste yoga and experienced an immediate connection. After completing her 200 hour training, she began teaching Baptiste style power Vinyasa yoga and has enjoyed sharing the practice with students ever since. In addition to her Baptiste training, Liz became an RCYT after completing a 95 hour children's yoga teacher training with Global Family Yoga® in 2014 and also holds a certificate in Therapeutic Yoga for Children and in Meditation instruction. Liz became a certified Yin Yoga teacher in the spring of 2014. In 2016, Liz obtained her 85-hour certification as a pre and postnatal yoga instructor and in 2017, she completed her Yoga Nidra teacher training with Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra. She firmly believes that yoga is for everybody and enjoys spreading the love. In 2018, Liz expanded her fitness horizons by taking a barre/barre burn certification and now enjoys teaching that format whenever she can at CAC!
