Sarah received her 200-hour yoga certification in Chicago in 2016. After a sports related knee injury she began to use yoga as a way to stay active. Fast-forward to college and yoga became a way to cope with anxiety and daily stress. Sarah enjoys offering classes that are made accessible for anyone who may enter the room with tools to both advance and modify as needed. Her goal is to offer a class where you feel both mentally challenged at times as well as refreshed and at ease by combining a variety of poses with a focus on breath. One of her favorite parts of teaching is creating fun playlists week to week!
