Lindsey began teaching group fitness classes as a BODYPUMP instructor 5 years ago. During college, Lindsey discovered BODYPUMP to build strength for running and was hooked! Lindsey expanded her teaching platform after getting certified as a Spinning instructor 2 years ago. Lindsey loves connecting with each and every person in the class (new and old!) and encouraging all participants to modify the workout to fit their needs and fitness level. As someone who has taken an endless number of different exercise class formats, Lindsey believes it is very important to educate participants on the proper technique and form in order to be safe while getting fit and having fun! She is also an AFAA certified group fitness instructor.
