Julie’s journey with yoga has spanned more than a decade. It didn’t take long to discover that the benefits of yoga far exceeded the mere physical challenge, reaching the mind, body and soul. Wanting to dig deeper, Julie took part in Yogaview’s level 1 and level 2 teacher training and continues to be inspired by her teachers there. Julie is trained in all levels of yoga, including prenatal, and teaches alignment based vinyasa flow with both ashtanga and anusara influences. A certified social worker, Julie strives to create a safe, supportive environment where students feel free to explore and refine their practice while finding their own true potential.
